Here is what you do:
1. You join a team. To get whatever title you want join them when they are at the rating to achieve that title.
2. After being on the team, you would default to 1000 Personal Rating. At this point, what you want to do is get a name change.
3. After you get your name change you will have The teams rating as personal rating and have 0-0. Record. I discovered this because I joined a 5v5 and got a name change. I currently have the Teams Personal Rating. It used to be 0 Personal before name change. And now it matches the team Rating. I am sure Blizz would notice no games played so play some games to make it seem real.
You can also use this to get weapons that require a high personal rating such as 2350. As well as gear!

REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN GLADIATOR TITLE AND REWARDS AT THE END OF A SEASON:
1)Your team needs to be within the top .5% of your battlegroup.
2)You need to be within 100 personal rating of the team rating.
3)You have to have played 20% of the total games played by the team for the season.
COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS:
1)My team will be "inactive" if I don't play during the last few weeks.
2)There needs to be two people in the team that meet the requirements.
3)Your account needs to be active when titles/rewards are handed out.
AN INACTIVE TEAM IS:
1)A team with no players in it
2)A team with nobody that meets the requirements for gladiator
3)A team which does not have more then 20 games played for the season.
*Inactive teams do not count towards the total number of teams when calculating the cutoff for gladiator.
*Your in game team ranking is your actual ranking. It does not include inactive teams that are higher rated then you. |

Reputation: 14 Level up: 33%, 338 Points needed | | | | You still need to play games with the team to get the rating and if you can only get gladiator this way then it probably means your team will fall a lot of rating if they play with you, as in no glad title aswell. |

3) You have to have played 20% of the total games played by the team for the season.
And if you've played 0 games, then it obviously wouldn't work.

And you can easily get your 20% games. | And lose the game becasue the guy you are boosting is obviously awefull since he needs this way to get glad, and you lose a lot of rating by getting him the 20% games played. |
