Confirmed this. It does work, however you need to be spamming CoI otherwise if you're a split second too late, it wont dc them.

It sucks if you're vsing xx/shaman on that map though, grounding eats it, and you cant get rid of it fast enough to CoI the target :s

Will be fixed within the week, now that people are posting it on places, IMO.
