As I'm sure you know, worgen are classified as a humanoid. However, one wolf in Howling Fjord, [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], is a wolf that turns into a worgen at ~55%. Also, you need the quest [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] to see him.
If you tame Garwal as he is turning into a worgen, or a little bit beforehand, he will transform into a worgen as you tame him, keeping his worgen form.
Garwal will stay this way as long as you have him. Happy hunting!

1. Get Wyvern Sting. It does about 19% damage by itself over 6 secs, and sleeps for 30.
2. Find him.
3. Hurt him until he is approx 67-69% health.
4. Wyvern sting him.
5. Wait till there is 14 secs left on Wyvern sting.
6. At 14 secs left, cast tame beast.
7. If done right, right as your tame ends, he will have just transformed.

Anyway, if you're having trouble taming the worgen via those steps above, take off any haste gear you have, as that changes your tame beast cast time, or just time yourself to make it a ~6 second interval from tame beast / wyvern sting.
I just caught this on my hunter, thanks to the original poster, whoever it may be.
I have a question though. Does it stay a worgen even if I stable it?

If no one cared about that, every Profession Guide, Leveling Guide, Instance Guide, Class Guide, etc would be posted on these forums WITHOUT due credit and hundreds of undeserved credit would be given out.

Isn't there an npc early in the game which turns you into a worgen? Well, tame a pet that is a much lower level than you (So it gets auto leveled), pull the NPC to a stable master (If one is nearby) and then try the whole "Get your pet's buffs to last weeks" by dinging with the pet in your stable? Discuss =D
