Reputation: 1 | | | Got mine yesterday, had to wait in line for about 15 minutes as there was a crowd of hunters both alliance and horde actually using courtesy and taking turns taming him lol. I bet half the hunters on Haomarush have this pet now, it's all I see. |

Reputation: 11 | | I got Wotlk when it came out, and my hunter is my main so I'm fairly sure I already did this quest O well, +rep anyways. Would be awesome if there was another way to get this guy aside from accepting the quest.
Would it be possible if you joined a party with someone who hasn't done the quest, and tagged the mob for you?

As you put it Zennie, we are currently discussing this issue.
It is not intended that Garwal can be tamed while in worgen form and will be addressed via a hotfix in the near future. When we have determined how to handle situations where hunters have already tamed Garwal we will let you know. |

Mine could no longer be 'specced' and lost all of its abilities. Plus, in the stable it suddenly reverted back to "Empty Stable Slot".
This same day I could no longer summon it and re-taming it didn't work.
