I couldn't find this exploit on the forums but it was easy to find out so I am not surprised if it's already here :/. This trick is great for healers.
This exploit requires you to have:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Works for both Alliance/Horde.
If you have read the quests, you should immediately know what is going on.
If not, this is the instructions.
Use the cannons in the fort from the quest [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and shoot at the spiders until you complete the other 2 quests.
Then drop the quest: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Do this everyday and it will save a lot of time. And of course, this is only possible if you have not completed the first quest.

yeah, seems a bit much and with not doing those quests you don't have the progression into Icecrown and the extra FP. So it is a lot easier to just AoE forgotten heroes down(most groups will do Chillmaw, Citadel, and the Scourge if asked on my server anyway) instead of just using the Argent quest Last Line of Defense.
But I guess if you do want to do it quick solo you could do it your way. I just find it easier to do it with a group and knock out all 3.
