as of 3.1 i think fishing daily can be done even by a lvl 1
so this could be possilby be used as a twink weapon
this is only a theory and would probably take alot of work

still good idea +rep, but wouldn't it be hard to fish and don't you need to be a certain level to raise fishing skill at max?
