Hey me and my friend just found out that you can use the [Pygmy Oil] and that way get the gnome female buff, then combind it with a [Savory Deviate Delight] and turn you into a human Female pirate or ninja for 1hour! I only tested this with my tauren male, but im sure that if you test it on a female it will turn you into a male Ninja/pirate for 1 hour too.
So to sum it up:
1. Use [Pygmy Oil] and get the Gnome buff to change your sex.
2. Use [Savory Deviate Delight] turn into a ninja/pirate of the oposite sex for 1 hour
3. ENJOY!

Reputation: 6 Level up: 28%, 290 Points needed | | | | May I add that if you would be female, using the Iron Flask will make you become a male with whatever kind of transformation item you'd be using. I know Orb of Deception, Deviate Fish and the Blood Elf orb work with this. |

Also will change your patron title to Matron for the duration of your sex change. |
