*UPDATE* Ned has 19k Health and gives 1250 xp NON-RESTED per kill to a level 70. Lunchbox has 9k health and gives 1k xp to a 70. Ned will respawn riding lunchbox 20 seconds after LUNCHBOX dies, not after Ned dies.
As I'm sure everyone knows, the npc [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is a relatively easy mob to kill. He is for the quest [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and can be soloed by all classes. Well as of the latest patch, he is currently on a nearly-instant respawn rate. By the time I killed his mount and had him to about 50%, a second version of him would spawn. I think the reason for this is because the respawn triggers when Lunchbox dies, which is his mount.
Here is a pic with proof and the coords for his spawn point. It's a 20 second timer after Lunchbox dies (Borean Tundra 48, 40):

No, read OP. I edited it with health values.
And you don't need the quest for him, it's just a side quest you get from the Cenarion Expedition in Borean. So it's available to both sides. At least it should be.

I don't see why it should be hard at all. I'm a 70 Frost tank specced DK and I kill him fine. As long as your pet gets aggro, I'm guessing he could be healed through the damage.
