Warrior Weapon Skill-ups

As a warrior when you are lvling your weapon skills it can be a pain in the ass. I found that when using slam you only hit once but you get 2 points(assuming you would get a point for each hit) and the slam doesn't cost rage because it doesn't hit, but you get a point as if it did.

This is really only useful if you are 1 hitting the mobs you are fighting.

I don't play a warrior but I know slam suspends your swing timer or something along those lines. You're probably seeing 2 points at once because slam is hitting then your auto attack is hitting as well.

That is probably how it works, however it costs 0 rage and you get double the points

Cost rage and has a cast time. so i would never use this. i can swing and hit faster than useing slam. so to me this would be worthless but others may not think the same

sorry..but thats a MAJOR FAIL.

what works better is spamming rend, or sunder armor on a mob, since it DO NOT COST rage IF IT FAIL TO HIT, same as slam, but is instant, and do not deal damage.

You're getting 2 weapon skill points, because of the cast time - it's 1,5s, so its basically a second hit, like ,white hit-> slam ->white hit

Using rend / sunder armor will get you level you're weapon skill much faster imho.
