I recently discovered this simple trick for increasing your damage done, this works great for BGs and on my 19 rogue twink -- i can only assume it works for all lvls of rogues but I'm not sure.

Anyway, basically you just need to get two really slow 1h weaps (my twink uses shadowfang and stinging viper as example) and put Firey enchant on both of them.

Then, here is the important part -- what you want to do is...

Build up one or two combo points. Then use the ability Slice and Dice to increase your attack speed. While that's running just keep spamming SS and use Eviscerate whenever you got enough energy for it (MAKE SURE slice and dice is up whenever possible)

How this works is, firey enchant procs more on slower weapons, but it doesnt take into account Slice and Dice.

By using this method I noticed I have generated at least 7-10,000 more damage done in battlegrounds. Give it a try I think you will be amazed by the results when you do it right.

Yeah... well just so you know slice n dice > evisc for 19 twinks... and +15 agi, crusader (anything really) > Fiery...

kinda crap if you ask me, thought it was common sense o.O

nah.. i like my epic [Gut Ripper].. i get 850 dmg crits w/ that one dagger + my firey on it and im lvl 41... som im pretty cool.

Fiery IS good on a lvl 19 twink, it adds HUGE DPS. It kinda gimps your dodge but it makes it easier for you to kill warriors and palas. I know what I'm talking about, I have 9 twinks on my realm, all with the best gear avaviable. I got a rogue with 4 different weapon sets and i've tried everything on him.

Note: It sucks in all other levels though :P

Yea I agree that Fiery is good for high-armor targets, but you loose dps when attacking other rogues and clothies.

fiery is for low budget twinks at 20 + , But, at 19 its great cause i confirm that slice and dice proc's fiery a lot , aka u get more fiery hits= more dmg, but a good thing would be to get different weapons with different enchants , for example, icy for runners , fiery for high armor, crusader for big fights , lifestealing if u have a decent enough weapon like shadowfang or assasins blade.

Yep, only beaten by agi and lifestealing.

Sorry but this trick will not work with +15 agil. In theory by itself it may be "better" but youre not going to get the same amount of damage. Trust me, I did a lot of testing with this.

Lifestealing is similar but I don't know how often it procs, though if firey is just a "cheaper lifestealing" then this trick will probably work for it as well.
