I searched and couldn't find this anywhere.
But for rogues who have duel spec, one for pvp and one for pve, then they could use there prep for both specs.
If a rogue used vanish in there pve spec, then they can active there other spec and use prep. Then hop back onto the other spec and there vanish and other cooldowns are back.
Not a big exploit, but could save a repair bill for some people  |

Reputation: 1 | | | It'll take 20 seconds to switch from one spec and back and like 20 seconds to regain energy to 100 so it's basicaly 40 seconds for prep if you wait for 100 energy. 140 second faster prep OOC? Lol |

| Are you talking about the glyph or the spec? - HaT is outplayed also you wouldnt use the prep glyphe in pve.... |

Reputation: 21 Level up: 44%, 282 Points needed | | | | It's alright really, but now that Rogue cooldowns has been lowered a bit threw talents and such, I can't see how this is useful (Maybe if you are defending a node in a BG, and just used all CDs.)
Othe than that, it's a nice trick, but situational.
