1)Buy ilvl 213 loot using valor emblems.

2)Equip.

3)Sell it back before the 2 hours to resell it is over.

Its not intended getting the [Epic] achievement using this, reread the definition of intended, blizzard didnt do this so we could get this achievement fast.
So this qualifies as an exploit.

Edit1: And yes it is an exploit . You're going to tell me that Blizzard intentionally made it so anyone can get the achievment quickly ? Re-Read what you just said bro .

My bad , hold on. I was opening different "Epic Achievment" links . One of these buggers was the repost . . .

And I was speaking to the guy with green text , saying it was intended , not you ^_^
