As of this writing, this exploit does work, i"ve done did it myself.
Hey this is an exploit i thought up, which actually worked.
You can join 10-19 (or any level range of your choice!)
Healing class reccomended because your gonna have flag.
Req:
-60 grant RAF levels
-Good outland BOE gear from AH reccomended (outland greens are good)
Now onto the exploit:
1) Join 10-19 WSG while your still low level. (join at NON peak time, best is morning so the bg doesnt come when your granting levels.)
2) Get your BOE gear ready and gold to learn skills (stand at your trainer)
3) Grant the RAF levels you want.
4) Learn ALL skills and put your gear on
If que still hasnt popped spend talents and learn abilities FAST.
If you still have time go learn riding at starting area/trainer.
5) Once your in the BG, go STRAIGHT to flag with mount if you have it and keep flag, after a while you get debuff that increases damage taken by 50% and you walk slower, but with 5k+ health and instashot anyone it doesnt make a difference.
People will leave the neverending WSG game but new people join all the time and, presuming its morning you can do this all day!
Tips:
If you wanna be even better, get glyphs, enchants and buffs all on you before the game.
Dont join a WSG that instantly pops, unless your already high level and have no choice, because it means the game is in progress and it might end as soon as you join.

Blizz must have thought of this, and made sure you'll be kicked from the que. |

I also believe its been fixed a while ago. |
