60 Min buffs without being in a group! (Great for farming)
Ok so I ran into this by accident... I joined WSG while at work, was in the starting area and people were buffing the 60 min buffs and everything and then my boss walks thru the door. ALT+F4 ftw. Anyways after 30 min's talking and crap I got back on and it said loading WSG... then I was in dalaran with 60 min buffs... no group!

I guess people can do this to get buffs for farming and stuff.

Yeah, if you log out in a raid or battleground you keep the buffs.

Odd, every time I'm in a raid (e.g. a Wintergrasp 10-man raid), and leave the raid group while in the instance, all of the buffs I obtained from that raid group leave. Is that only me? That's why I log out to leave a raid group.

60 Min buffs you lose upon leaving a raid/party. Why do you think you can't cast 60 min buff's on people unless they are in your group?

It's not working as intended ;p But if you (note: disconnect) disconnect while you have the buffs they get saved to your character.Iif the raid disbands during your disconnect.

Ofcourse you can buff yourself with your long time buffs, but how meny pepole can you cast Arcane brilliance on without them being in your group

You can also hearth out of the battleground and you will keep the 60min buffs.

You lose the 60 minute (30 minute pally) buffs when you leave a raid group or when the person who buffed you leaves the party/raid.

If you are offline while that person leaves or while the raid disbands then you keep them.

When I go into a party or raid, and I gain any 60 minute buffs or 30 minute pally buffs, and I leave with the "Leave Party" option, I lose those buffs, should I use Alt + F4 (CMD + OPT + Q - Mac) to force my client to quit, I keep them
