The reason you can hear them is because, if you look at chat log, they arent speaking common, or any other specified language, therefore they are not scrambled towards any race or faction. if the NPCs in chat had "Jain proudmoore says: [COMMON] bla bla bla"
You wouldnt be able to read, but honor hold mobs and many others around azeroth d not speak common or orcish, but a neutral language as you can see from chat. therefore they are not translated.

Look, it's ally vs. horde. As long as they are on the ground & your not, then you can let them worry about what you're saying.

Yes i already said that. but its true. many NPCs int he came speaj nor common nor horde. they speak plain english. every characters english skill is 300/300

Lore? no. lore may possibly be edited to teach you otehr languages. hasnt been seen yet.

well im lluky to have 2 accounts =) lol i gt 1 for i gt illed by a 52+ witch is ?? to me cause im 42 rogue night elf w/e on mug'thol realm i gt camped by a horde for 3 straight days i was like ok this is f**** up i went bought a new wow game made a horde account and i pm him he happend to be a 70 orc warrior i was like dude can u plz quit f**** killin me im tryn to farm for a new dagger hes like o i see sure but i lied i was ganking lvl 20's in hills brad foothills =) litlie adivce make a new account just 20$ jkeep that in mind thank you for reading post bye bye ........
