Ive only tested this in SM, but if you make your pet go half in the door, half out, then you use eyes of the beast, you can hit the lever and open the door.

Yeah, and you need to be kinda close to the lever too, because your pet isnt hitting the lever, its just getting it in the line of sight so you can hit it.

So basically what this does is giving you, as a hunter, the ability to move your line of sight? Could perhaps be useful for other things as well.

Same idea was used to get into DM west if you didn't have the key to exploit tendris...good old days.

Or how warlocks can suicide to open doors with levers ugg might as well add to this so people are not left in the dark. Shattered Halls needs a key to open a door, yet there is a lever to open. Lifetap to near death, hellfire to die. res on other side of door. hit lever and rest of the group is in. Worked well for Scholo too.
