So wrong? | they fixed that with the new patch, just like they tried to fix basically everything to do with twinking, librams, fishing boots, leg armor, naxx enchants, bugged head enchants, etc. You name it, they probably fixed it.
They even made +100 health enchant require level 30.
Basically all we have left now is basic enchants, and now this. What a great find. +rep. |

As OP's post was made 10 hours ago, I guess he just figured it out. I've tried this pre-3.1, doesn't work. It 'appears' to work currently, however the +40 ranged crit, does not start working until you hit the level of requirement of the enchant itself (level 60 for the +40 ranged crit rating scope).

If you put a Shoulder enchant from Wintergrasp onto the Shoulders and send them to your twink the Enchant stays... om nom nom.
So basically you could add more if you did that with the shoulders too.. Its a commonly know "Exploit" infact I don't even know if you could call it a exploit because Blizzard have known about it for ages and either to god damn lazy to fix it or it was intentional. |

I see alot of you posters are not aware of the twink nerfs that came with 3.1.
Sure, you can enchant shoulders but the enchant doesn't grant any stats before you reach a certain level. But with this enchant, there is no level req and it works even for a level 1 character.
