I am not sure if this is a fluke but yesterday our server was going through a bunch of rolling restarts which we know happen all the time during a patch WEEK. I was messing with my spec and got trapped with "SERVER RESTART IN 15:00" while I was respecing...
In my haste I screwed up and never put a point in scourge strike but it is still available and useable on my spellbook and my buttons.
Let me know what ya think but it works for me ...  |
