As it appears,Blizzard has changed something with the saving to an instance mechanism and now,you do not get saved after killing Anzu to Setthek Halls. Enjoy farming while it lasts.

How long will it take for him to respawn? like how long would you have to wait between kills?

You run out of the instance and reset it,then run back in and stealth the way back and the summoning ritual thingy should be there.

Just tried it, got saved to the instance after killing him, so either it got fixed this fast or OP got lucky with a glitch.

Just thought about it for a second, maybe if you do it alone then it doesnt save you. If anyone can test this that'd be nice. Unless OP didn't do it alone, but it looks like it's only him there in the pic he posted.

try setting it to normal/heroic a couple times. that used to work with don carlo in old hillsbrad even though after you killed him it said you were saved.
