If you have a shaman with dual spec you should know that if use the totem of wrath with the "glyph of totem of wrath" (+30% of the buff on you for 5mins) and you switch to restoration...you will still have it, ready to use

Very Easy:
1) Spec Elemental as secondary spec
2) Apply glyph of the totem of wrath
3) Use totem of wrath
4) Now you have 30% spell as buff for 5 mins
5) Switch to RESTO (your primary spec)
6) You still have the buff on you.
