THIS HAS BEEN FIXED AS OF 16.04.09 I am again on my 30k HP, all back to normal
I don't think it has been fixed because of this post, but because ALL DK's got this bug when 3.1 launched so they kinda noticed xD was fun while it lasted

ok so a month ago I X-fered my Char to another server, I am a Frost-DK and had Frost Presence activated.
I had 28k HP (I think) before transferring and after the transfer I had 31k
and I wondered where it came from and thought that maybe I now have Frost Presence twice so I tried switching presences and sure as hell I had my 28k back...
So after a month was over I trasnferred back to my old realm, again in Frost Presence.
This time I had 30k before and 33k after (got some stam^^)
So I walked the land with 2 Frost Presences active and never switched. I died, I relogged, I BG'ed. Only thing I haven't tried is arena!
Nothing out of the ordinary just +20% HP, other bonuses didn't add twice.
And today, with patch 3.1 deployed on EU Servers I saw the incredible: I had 36k HP unbuffed! so I think I now have Frost Presence THRICE! +30% HP because there is NO WAY IN HELL I get that far with my crap gear which is like 2 naxx epics.
TL;DR Version:
1. Transfer your Char with Frost Presence active
2. Never switch Presences again
3. Rinse and Repeat as often as you like
4. ???
5. PROFIT!!
EDIT: Switching specs DOES NOT get rid of it! Enjoy!

Have you tried to unequip any gear with stamina on and see if its still the same?
yep, run around naked and equipped back, still the same, it's incredible I only have 1933 Stamina. I would test again if switching presences deletes it but I dont want to loose this xD

i can somewhat semi confirm, i noticed myself that when i came online today after the reset i had more hp than i should :P i switched presences and boom it went back to normal
I added one screenshot to the first post
As of today Frost Presence shows up in my buff bar...I think I still have 2 hidden FP buffs active resulting in these HP

I can confirm that this is likely accurate. (the part about 3.1 doubling it anyways). I logged back in after patch and my DK went from 31.9k hp unbuffed to 35.1k. If they introduced a new mechanic that would explain this feel free to enlighten me. But the difference in my hp is just about 3.2k so it would definitely be explained by a second frost presence effect stacking. If possible can someone check if the damage reduction is stackig as well?
