As many of you know, twinks were pretty much nerfed to the ground with the coming of 3.1. I did find one that still works though.
I'm sure all of you have seen [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
If you scroll through it you will find that you can follow these steps and be able to but high level rogue poisons and shaman enchants on weapons and send them to your twink.
I am not so sure about the shaman chants, but the rogue poisons still work. And what's even better? Health has been nerfed so bad(in 19 atleast) that you can basically two shot anyone you get a hold of.
EDIT: For the IDIOT(S) saying it's impossible due to level restrictions.

(edit: and WTH do you mean that all is not lost... nothing is lost really... since now, more ppl will be able to make a twink, and it will be shitloads cheaper, wich, imo will be way better then facing a bunch of non twinks... the only reason i play a twink is that its more balanced (yes,... it actually is) then lvl 80 pvp. and now in 3.1.0 it will be even more balanced (except for hunters) .
oh care about your health.. i lost 800 hp from my warrior (down to 1200) and im still doing just as fine,.. btw.. if your playing a twink just to pwn nontwinks... then your doing it for all the wrong reasons.

oh, and that way of puting echants on ruining durability, and then sending it still wont change the fact that it doesnt matter how you get the item on the character, if its not the lvl required, it wont work, and counts for both item level, and character lvl now.

That's odd.. I guess I'm just good enough to put out 80 dps with two white daggers at 19 right?

I pwn twinks as well. Might take 3 hits instead of 2 though.
I made a post about this sort of exploit in the elite forums about DK runeforging which was similar to shaman enchants. Long story short, any sort of temporary enchants on your weapon may still be there, but they will not work, meanign they will not proc and they will not grant any sort of passive effects either. My friend had high level shaman flametongue on his low level shaman alt's weapons and they don't work anymore either (no procs, no bonus spellpower)
