If you had Imp sap pre-patch, you would come out of stealth and go right back to stealth. After the patch, sap won't break stealth at all, and so you won't aggro anything. Before the patch when i sapped (Imp sap) a guy with in gadgetzan I sometimes got attacked by the guards because it broke stealth.

Yes, the key here is, that you never leave stealth when sapping, now. You don't "immediately return to stealth," or anything like that. You remain stealthed through the entire process, hence no flag.

I knew that before it broke, then went back to stealth.
Didn't know that it doesn't even break stelath now though.

Most spells that do not gain aggro, do not flag, for example, detect magic.
An exception i can think of, is hunters mark.

The sap itself, would get aggro.
However you immediatly return back to steatlh, so naturally, their can't be any aggro, it sees you as never in combat in the first place.

ur wrong...Hunter's mark and MC both flag and if u try it in tanaris ull aggro guards

umm... wasnt this in the patch notes? anyway, i read somewhere, sap doesnt flag you for pvp, and its not a bug.
