Search thottbot for 'Void Critters'... there are a some scattered about once you find them, and you'll one hit the non bugged ones, and eventually you'll find one that is bugged. You can't always get right on them, they're sometimes bugged from a distance and you have to find where their real location is... this can be found by trying some sort of ranged attack or attack that requires them in front of you. Spin in a circle spamming that attack until you no longer see the 'Target must be in front of you' message, then slowly move in that direction spamming a melee attack.

PS - somebody did report my friend for this and a GM asked him to leave that mob alone, though he wasn't banned

dont know if you gain skill in hitting evading mobs

There have been mobs that take dmg but their HP doesn't drop and they just stand there and take a beating. I've seen this happen twice in STV. They don't evade, so you get the levels.

those who dont drop health and take damage they are bugged but they do damage and take damage but it dosent show it later they die

These do in fact raise you skill, my friend was a hunter and got his skill nearly maxed off them before a GM said something. He mentioned he had to use raptor strike on it though. These mobs do in fact though, raise your skill
