At (44,20) in STV, there are [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] that, when killed, give you 5 booty bay rep. They dont take rep from bloodsail, so after a really long time, you can have good rep with both! I dont know if this has been posted but I just figured it out while killing them for a quest.

heard very little about it, whats the good of being friendly+ with bloodsail? didn't even know it was possible till a few weeks ago

They won't. And if you get enough reputation with Bloodsail Buccaneers, you can get a red pirate outfit and a red parrot! iz teh win!1

Yeah i grinded the Bloodsail Buc rep for a few days and got friendly rep with 'em, I went and got the quest and i had to have a 60 priest heal me while i tried to pwn the 2 quest mobs you have to kill to get the Bloodsail Admirals Hat (The guards shoot you with knock back guns :| ) It was a long and boring process but i got it and it was worth it. This was before BC, and way before they added the NPC to help you get rep back with BB, so.. i never bothered to get my good rep back with the goblins, im hated :P

Yeah, i didnt realise you could get the rest of the pirate crap until 3-4 months after i had already gotten the hat, I dont play this toon anymore tho, so thats why im still hated with BB. :P I had to vanish everytime i flew to BB just so i wouldnt get killed by the guards, i dare not try it now tho because this toon is still 60, and the guards are 65 ><

The quest requires you to be hated with Bootybay now, I'm not sure if it says in in the Quest Log,

but, doing this would be a waste of time, if you have the hat in mind.

Nice to know about this one, I learned about it a couple weeks ago. You can kill wastewanderers and they give +1 BB rep and theres someone near ratchet you can kill too I think.

Since everyone else is doing it, heres the pic of me with the Bloodsail stuff.
