Well, I searched about this and found nothing, so either everyone knows about it, I'm too dumb to use the search-function correctly or I found out something new. Whatever, while doing Moroes as a hunter you can drink while the boss disappears if timed correctly. The easiest way of doing this is spamming a macro as soon as Moroes disappears, but it can also be done without it:
/cast Feign Death
/use Conjured Glacier Water
I never run out of mana while fighting moroes using the Aspect of the Hawk, so it will improve your damage a little bit without having to drink a mana-pot. Maybe this can also be done with mages or rogues, someone feel free to test. Sorry if my english is not that good, I'm german.

Sorry pandaman, I didn't know about this, of course that's even better. (You'll only have to argue with your raid why the hell you are drinking while the others are trying to kill the boss, at Moroes there won't be any problems because he disappears and gives the whole raid a little timeout.)

You can do this as a hunter ANYTIME, i usualy go all out, fd once to loose my agro, and keep going im OOM ( that's on ANY boss ). When i'm OOM i just FD and recall my pet, then i get out of combat, just keep clicking on your water once in FD... Voila!

Just have your pet on passive, and call it back and then feign, and you can do this anytime, unless feign is resisted :P

I find it funny that it took him all the way up to moroes to find this out. =) I guess you weren't a raiding lvl 60 hunter? If so, Kara is the first actual raiding that you go to where you might have to drink midcombat. So it's really not all that strange that you didn't find out about it until now. In all instances there's always time to drink between fights, so there's never any need to learn this before Kara if you're new to the game.
