Okay so this is a pretty basic bug I have noticed playing my shadow priest in which you can cast dispersion and drinking to make your mana soar up. This is really useful when grinding, grouping, or in battlegrounds.
First cast dispersion
Then you are able to drink at the same time allowing you to mana up within a couple of seconds.

Drinking its a fixed value
Spirit its another fixed value
i don't get how they can have some kind of sinergy >.<

Only thing it might be usefull for example ; You forgot to run away from Loken's (HoL) Explosion, Pop it and you will survive. |

Why?
Because, usually in the case of using Dispersion, you are in combat, and you cannot drink while in combat.
Out of combat, this is working as intended.
Working as intended, not an Exploit.
