I'm sure there is a loy of threads like this, and I don't care. I wanted to bring people who may not had see it before to be able to see it again.


Basically: Go to dragonmaw fortress and get a netherdrake that you automatically get there. Now, theres ways to keep them when you leave... so find your specific way to keep them... now fly around SMV for a while... and the way i did this was.. Right when I landed i immidiately I tried mount on my mount, it made the drake dissapear and then when i tried to mount it said im already on a mount.

From then on... I can flay all around the zone without a mounts. Its a lot of fun, its like flying a little plane.

If you need any other infos, lemme know... im off to fly around.

and no, you cannot attack while flying, cause that would be way too cool.

reminds me of the old mage ice lance trick from bc... and you could attack when they set you up to fly around without a mount ... i remember killing allies in the 3 hfp world pvp areas. plus you couldnt be killed or touched

Ok, the way I did this was I flew to the back of the dragonmaw fortress. Now as soon as you see the drgaonmaw fortress area pop up on your screen turn around, you want it so that you're turning into a netherdrake right as youre leaving the area. About 3 seconds after you leave the area / turn into a netherdrake it will attempt to yurn you back into your original mount, but it wont and it will leave you as a drake. So right after this happens, land and keep running on your mount, while running hit your mount hotkey and your mount will vanish and you will be flying thorugh the air.

Its pretty useless, but its a lot of fun flyin around like that.

Whats hard to understand about it?

If I get a chance later I'll download fraps and post a quick video.. only takes a total of like 10 seconds. You can fly all around outlands, not sure if it works zoning to a different zone yet, I haven't tried it.. but I seriously doubt it works.

Oh come on, I see much stupider tricks / exploits here with more replies and more props than mines gotten.

I'm not saying everyone needs to post in my thread and say how cool this is... but if you're not gonna do it to mine, at least don't blow smoke up the ass of all the other shitty 'exploits' I see on here every day. Hell, I just counted 6 ones as useless as this one on the first page!
