Ok guys, so as far as I know the dual specc thingy will look like this:
You will be able to switch your spec anywhere in the world at any moment, except combat and Battlegrounds.
So lets say you are a priest, specc discipline and buff everyone with the spiritbuff. Then you specc back to lets say, holy and start the pull . That way you can get the buff without having to have an extra priest in the raid.
Not sure if this works, but if it can it will be nice ^^. I don't know if other classes got stuff like this too, but anyways.
Cheers
Don't tell me anything about the "NO THEORIES" stuff here, cause my friend tried this and says it work. Thought I can't confirm it :>. And if anyone says "This thread is useless without pics" then you really should get some more of those braincells .

Nethaera: How do you switch between specs? Ghostcrawler: Players will be able to switch between their talent specs by visiting any Lexicon of Power provided they’ve paid for the ability to have a secondary spec. Lexicons of Power will be available in major cities, and inscribers will also be able to create a new item that summons one. Anyone can purchase this item, but it requires a ritual of several players to summon it for use by the party. It’s similar to a repair bot in that it will exist in the world for a short duration. It’s important to keep in mind that you will not be able to switch specs while in combat or Arenas. While you won’t be able to switch your spec without the Lexicon, you will still be able to look at your secondary spec whenever you want to.
* Level requirement has been lowered to 40.
* Reagent requirement (Lexicon of Power) has been removed!
* Cooldown has been removed, though you cannot swap specs in combat, or in
Arenas/Battlegrounds.
oh yes, source: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I dont think you get that this *isnt* an exploit. Divine Spirit is now trainable by all priests, regardless of spec. So, having a spirit buff on the raid when you change your spec is working as intended. You cant even put points into DS any longer, so this is completely incorrect.

By the way, do anyone know whether improved Divine Spirit will be built-in aswell? I can't seem to find it in the talent calcs any more :S
...And those PTR servers won't let me log on -.-

Notice the highlited part of the text so you don't need to be at a stationary lexicon of power.
Anyway this could possibly be used for non arcane mages providing Bliz haven't thought of ways around it yet; Spec arcane grab focus magic, use it on a player and then go back to your normal raiding spec. Of course this would only be feasable if the "portable" lexicons of power was cheap enough to make so you could use it every half hour or you could just use it on a boss you think your group might struggle with.
Just a thought, thinking of ways this could be exploited lol.
