Okay in the pic, you basically cast slow fall. Run your mount to where you will land where I am standing. Dismiss your mount before you get there. No you are in a semi cool but almost useless spot. I am a Arcane Mage so I found a trick with where I am at that is neat. Okay so see the little hole in front of me? Some people won't even notice you and it will be an easy kill. But even if they do you can stand where I am cast a instant AB, side step away from the hole and they can't hit you cause LoS. Just keep side stepping and casting instants and win. 
Okay directly to my back is Fel Reaver. The "rails" of the bridge, you go up the right one, line it up and just run and jump off of the rail thing.

Reputation: 5 | | | Yes they could and it will happen when you get zerged. See title semi-useless "exploit". But as I said it is useful for me, I can slow them and kill them before they can even get to behind me. Using game mechanics to get on certain terrain to make yourself LoS has and always will be a exploit no matter how minor.
Edit: You can just jump and hit people, and a kind of sweet spot if they are in the right spot you can cast on them and it will hit them and they can't hit you. That won't happen much. But the title semi-useless "exploit" is the title for a reason. It is more than doing LoS in an arena, walking around a corner and popping someone....

Reputation: 9 | | | this is an exploit that makes use of LoS. you can say that something isnt an exploit just becuase it takes advantage of a game mechanic. if you dont think this is an exploit you should perhaps go read the definition of an exploit or better yet you could kill yourself and end your meaningless lives. it isnt like you have any chance of ever making a difference or being loved. everybody you ever meet will hate you and allowing you to contaminate an otherwise perfectly good gene pool is a crime against humanity. the point is; dont coment on and exploit until you know what an exploit is, all it does is anger those who are better than you and further misinform other idiots. to summarize; this is an exploit and anybody who thinks otherwise should be drowned in there own vomit.
