Before yelling "repost" "very old" "this is fixed", this is the new way.
I know the old Ritual of Summoning was be able to summon people to fall to their death since they summoned people to the portal location but it was fixed to make the summoned person teleported to the summoner's spot instead.
Blizzard also makes new Ritual of Summoning doing the same thing, when you use portal object people will be teleported to your spot, not to the portal so that you can't summon anybody to their death anymore.
But Blizzard forgot one thing, which leads to this explot, that is "this portal can be used almost everywhere".
Requirements
- A Warlock with Ritual of Summoning with at least 1 Soul Shard
- A Druid with any flight form
- Another additional party member
How to do it.
- Go to anywhere in Outland or Northrend and find high enough place to make people took more than 100% fall damage
- Try to get the another player in to your group. For example, if today daily is HoS you can go to the Storm Peaks and spam "Looking for 1 more DPS for Heroic Halls of Stone, we can summon" in LookingForGroup channel and you'll get a victim quite fast. You should be in the area of the instance/raid if you're using this trick since there are many people who always /who the summoner before accepting summon to prevent being tricked to enter the saved instance.
This is just suggestion, you can get your victim with other method too.
-Once the victim is in your group, create a summoning portal near the cliff and then have the druid with flight form fly out of the ledge and start summoning while other people help the druid. ( Druid has to be the one to start the summon )
-When the summoned people accept the summon, they'll be at where druid are, and fall to their doom.
You can repeat this many times since the summoning portal last 5 minutes.
Since you didn't really killing people with your damage, unlike other killing method, this method also makes them suffer 10% durability loss.
Short summary of how to do it
-Create Ritual of Summoning near the cliff
-Have druid in flight form fly out of the cliff and summon people
-Watch Him Die   |

Correct me if I am wrong, post a screen shot of it being broke again.

And I think maybe they'd just make you unable to summon people while you're flying, it'd be better than forcing druid to get out of forms. Quote:

( Edited to add the * line. ) | I don't think this would be able to be fixed long time ago since this new ritual of summoning has just been introduced on January 28 and I tried this just 3 days ago so I don't think Blizzard would fix it that fast. (It took months before Blizzard fixed the old one)
About the screenshot, I'm sorry that I don't have it. If I have it I'd have included it in the first post already. And my friend refuse to do it again because of the person who dies whispered him that he'll be reported. Btw, he still didn't get any warning or ban from Blizzard. |
