Weapon Skill Training
I am a paladin, so this was easier for me than it may be for others,

In the Blasted Lands, at the Altar of Storms - Co-ords "41,32" (About) - There is a level 52 elite named "Lady Savine"
For shits and giggles i decided to kill her since she had 20k health - thought maybe a blue would drop or something...
What i discovered was even better
She was immortal, meaning she always had 1 life left so she is a perfect candidate to just hit with some random weapon and afk.

Of course if you're a healer you might wanna tab in and out to heal and put up some buffs.

Lady Savine is immune to mostly all debuffs.

That's all i really have...

Sorry if this is a repost - I searched for the keywords "Lady Savine" and "Savine"
Only found some other named Savine mob that has long since been fixed for this same exploit.

(First time finding something that hasn't been noticeably contributed :P)

Edit: She also casts Shadowbolts Immolate and Summons Infernal allies periodically (They only have about 3k health)
Almost all of them missed the only thing you should look out for is the small damage that the internals do, that was the only health impairing affect i was getting lol

Or you could just used the banished mob in the back of the cave at Obsidian Dragonshrine in Dragonblight.

Works for me. On my dk, I somehow have a way to autoheal myself through some proc just by auto attacking. Set it there for 20 minutes and came backed maxed skill and still 90% hp =P
