So when you see an ore that is just pointing out of the water a little bit or is standing a a playe where you cant stand. Instead of swiming or landing on the ground and running to it. You let go off your mount directly above the note.
You can stand on the node take it and mount up again without having to leave the water first.
You wont fall down.
This will give you a little advantage when you and the other guy spotted two notes and are going for the first one , he will have to go through water you will just take it and mount up again.
Just a little tip.
I update this with a Post of sol82 because his english is much better than mine and he surely explains well why this is a glitch why it comes in handy sometimes and wghere to find notes that make this handy. Quote:

@Dammon, Yea this trick has been around for awhile I dont know if this was a repost or not but I fail to see how standing in mid air could be working as intended in blizzs eyes (then again...), its a known glitch however its so small I dont think blizz cares lol |
