hello,
well we discovered this through an accident.
1) clear adds in the bossroom
2) get your whole raid to wait outside the room
3) let a hunter or someone else with pet pull the boss
-> fearlina and those adds will run outside the room and through those spiderweb wall, faerlina herself will reset
nuke those 4 adds
Now instead of killing an add when Faerlina enrages just have your healers overheal your MT and straight fulldps the boss.
IMHO its much easier to do Faerlina this way, our healers don't have any problems keeping our MT alive.
AND u'll get the heroic: Momma Said Knock You Out Achievment
We haven't tried that on Naxxramas 10 but i think it won't work there because 2 or 3 healers can't overheal that much.
Just wanted to contribute this, it spared us many wipes because its a much easier tactic.

That's how my guild has always done it. Kinda useless/pointless to go through the process of despawning them unless your healers are so bad they can't deal with the extra minimal add damage to the off tanks...... |

Reputation: 7 | | Our guild has just ever since we tried the achievement, not killing the ads when she's enraged but just nuking them at the start.
It's easier then to kill an add when she enrages. In my oppinion, Naxx 25 man is a walk in the park, as long as people know what to do. 
But still a pretty decent exploit for guilds that just started raiding 25 man. =) |

Reputation: 1 | | | Or you can just CC the adds and heal thru enrage. I have the healed thru enrage on Heroic and normal its still easy if you tank is geared. | | |
