Strange Totem Glitch

I noticed somin strange when u throw a totem down next to a mob before combat starts , for some reason the mob dosnt reconize the aggro u produced on it by throwing the totem so after it hits the main target the totem it kinda sits there clueless. This is on real servers and my lag is fine :P test it out for urselfs

not sure wat it could be used to exploit but i dont believe its working as intended kinda strange heres vid:

The mob doesnt get any dmg, so its worthless..

My lag is fine this is genuine i know not many of u play a shaman but if u have log and test it works with most totems . Also thinkin about it if u want to run past a mob and ur stoneclaw is on cooldown u could use it to pass a monster much more easily .

stoneclaw, strength of earth, stoneclaw , strength of earth and continually keep the monster off of u
