First off, I did searches for "Ahn'kahet" "Nakox" "Jedoga" and found nothing related to this. If it's a repost then it's a very well camouflaged one.
This should work on heroic or normal. Heroic is all I tested it on.
Searched for a map of the zone to make this easier but couldn't find one so I will explain best possible.
Elder Nakox
Start the instance as usual, clearing the normal mobs till you get to the first boss, Elder Nakox. Kill the little swarm of bugs that run through his room just in case. At this point your entire group will run back to the entrance portal at the top of the stairs where you did your first pull. The person with the longest range, we used a hunter, will hit Nakox and then make for a mad dash to the rest of the group. As soon as he reaches the stairs the tank will regain agro and tank and spank.
This works because in a regular fight Elder Nakox will periodically hatch eggs with Guardians in them that make him immune to damage till you kill them which makes this a very annoying boss on normal or heroic. When you run back to the stairs you will have the Elder dead before the guardians even reach him, so no immunity and no extra bug adds.
Jedoga Shadowseeker
Continue clearing as normal through the second boss and head down tunnel behind his platform to lead down to Jedoga's room. Once in Jedoga's room clear the entire area, every mob on both sides. I can't stress enough how important it is to clear BOTH SIDES. Now run up and to her and clear the innitial pull of the sacraficees, once they are dead she will come down and start the fight. Tank and spank as normal but when she raises into the air and calls for a sacrifice, your entire group will run to the top of the stairs at the entrance to this room (where you can in from the tunnel from last boss) and the rest of the fight will happen here. What this does is when she kills the npc and gets the power buff which lasts about 30 secs, by the time she reaches the group the buff has wore off. So tank and spank till she hovers back off for another sacrifice wait and repeat.

Once again, if it's a repost show sources and i'll apologise.

Umm... Jedona still works did it about 13 hours ago, thats why i made post. Was the first time i had seen it...
Correct. You just have to do it right. No, you do not have to clear on both sides. Clear on one side, then tank her on THAT SIDE of the platform. She will take the quickest route back up (the side that you cleared) and even though there are those adds she will not aggro them. The only way she would aggro adds is if she went up the side you didn't clear.

I am a tank, and the way I have always tanked this fight is similar to what you explained. One difference that may give the group more time is it have the tank pull the boss and build some threat on the way to the group, with ranged attacking him along the path. This will ensure that there is plenty of time to kill the boss before the guardians make it to you. Also guardians are slowable, so if you have a mage and your dps is a little slow. Have the mage go and slow the guardian as soon as you see him getting close to the boss.
Jedoga still worked for me last night. Nakox didn't, he reset before we got past the 2 packs besides the stairs (left and right). Been doing it for awhile now.
