In the instance Violet Hold, you can repeatedly farm the bosses and still gain loot and rep.
heres the tricK:
Do the 1st and/or 2nd boss
Wipe after the Boss
Restart.
You will still get the same bosses upon restart, loot, keepers shards, rep.

Atleast on Heroic it isnt like that, u still get rep, but no more loot. |

not worth doing for just rep imo. |

Reputation: 1 | | | Wiped on endboss due to a healer DC yesterday. Did it again, boss 1 and 2 gave rep I believe but neither loot nor shards. This was on heroic. I had the same Idea and actually wanted to try it, but I got my answer after our wipe.
It does not work. Bliz did their homework this time around. | |
