Ok , assume you 've picked the oracle faction.Go at frenzyheart hill in Sholazar basin and kill the Frenzyheart bersekers which you find there. There are like 10 of them which spawn at a 60 second timer . Kill them , the combat log says your reputation with frenzyheart tribe has been decreased by 25 , but if you check your reputation with oracles it also increases by 110. Do this for 2-3 hours and there you are.
EDIT : Hotfixed , not working anymore

That's what u need to do:
Go at 70.58 in sholazar enter the cave , at the end of it you ll find an elite with 130k hp , so get a friend with you. Nuke him down and at 30 % he goes immune . You got 2 choices , to kill 1 of his two prisoners. You need to keep Jaloot alive and kill the other one. Then you can get rep from killing berzkekers |

Reputation: 14 Level up: 29%, 355 Points needed | | | | This works like a charm, the mobs have around 59k so grab two people and start farming! 110 rep per mob with maybe a 1min respawn, but there's ten or so of them so one will always be up. |
