Reputation: 11 Level up: 25%, 375 Points needed | | | | unfortunately thats not how commanding shout works since many patches ago. it currentyl takes your % HP and then increases HP while maintaining the percentages. when it is debuffed it maintains the same % HP and reduces maximum HP. so different shouts will make no difference on your healing from this ability since it also calculated based on % of HP too.
if you have 30%hp and use it you're going to have 60%hp when it finishes |

If you use enraged regeneration without having commanding shout buffed, you get let's say 350 hp each second. If you have it up, you get instead 450 hp each second. The % doesn't really matter, it just you get your un buffed hp up faster then without the buff.

you gain a steady 30% hp. when adding/removing comanding shout ur % of hp stays the same, so you will "heal" more per tic while having comanding up with ER, but once u cancle the shout your hp will be brought down. it wouldnt matter if u poped commanding shout. if your @ 60% hp and pop it, ull be brought up to 90%.. wouldnt matter if u poped commanding shout before, during, or after ER. youll end up at the same hp either way
its science, cant mess with science bro |

Lets say you have 20,000 HP Max while Battle shouted. Lets say you're at 10,000 HP when you pop this spell.
You would heal 6000 health over 10 seconds, or ~600.0 HP per second.
If you pop Commanding Shout before Enraged Regeneration, you'll have an additional MAX HP of 2255 (untalented). That means before popping, you are at:
10,000 HP / 22,255 HP.
30% of 22,255 HP is 6676.5, or 667.65 HP / second.
So you are at 16,677 / 22,255
Then you pop battle shout again, and you are back at a max HP of 20k, but now you have 16,677/20k which is roughly 84% of your hit points. This is a net increase of 4% of your health opposed to not using this trick.
The increase is best at low levels of max HP, i.e., a green warrior will see more of an effect since their base max HP is about 17-18k, but a T7 geared warrior with 22k will see only a minor increase. |

Survival instincts + FR = more healed.
But indeed, common knowledge. |

| First mistake... you would be at 11,128 HP. Quote:

| No, you would be at 17,805 / 22,255, or 80% (up 30% from when you started at 50%.) Quote: |

| Then you pop BS again, you are back at max HP of 20k. However you health stays at the same 80% as before. 80% of 20,000 is 16,000... the same as if you had not done this trick. | | |
