1.2 Cancel the Buff before it expires
1.3 ~20 extra seconds death rune
2 - Another leap trick - needs Master of ghouls
2.1 put your ghoul on stay
2.2 let it use leap on yourself
2.3 ZOMFG YOU ARE INFIGHT....

hmmmm.... will try this... But what can you need 1-1.3 for??? You dont lose hp over time with Blood Tab... But 2-2.3 could be usefull in BG's Im specced Unholy 2/8/54
U need Unholy talent Show Of Death where u return as a Ghoul.
(u can have this talent even in a good dps pve raid spec).
Okay so when u die in an instance, and return as a ghoul if u can manage to get OUT of the instance as a ghoul u will regain ure old state before the ghoul with 100% hp and everything it DOSEN*T even count as a death as u loose NO durability, ive found some imba use for this go try it out

Yeah, I did that two days ago beside the battlemasters... They killed my ghoul and tried to kill me, until I ran too far away. A level 40~ Rogue saw me running away with them.... he got scared and ran away too xD
I saw a rogue go stealth and was going to use this trick. It put me in combat but the rogue was still able to sap me not sure if they have a talent that allows it in combat or if he get it off before the leap. Will try again in a duel.
Spoken by someone who obviously doesnt have DK. Stand near an instance entrance and get ganked by horde purposely come back as a ghoul and run inside the instrance and guess what? Free Rez, no GY needed. And like he posted it works the other way around if your group wipes and you make it out before nyou are killed a second time or run out of time on ghoul form.
