Could not find this anywhere when searched.
I found out this, when my "Rune strike" gets available and i use it, before it will hit when you strike with your weapon you can spend all your rune power on other abilitys and still the "Rune strike" will be used.
Maybe useless or ment to be this, well if not. This is usefull |

What actually happens is when you use rune strike it will Take runic power cost as soon as you hit the spell. and then cause you to do the damage on next attack. Unlike Heroic strike where it takes the Cost only after a successful strike is made. Must be a glitch, and it does not work out for the better 
Edit: im 99% sure but i might be wrong.

Reputation: 6 | | | After you got some runepower, i would say this as blood specced deathknight: Death coil, frost fever, plague strike, blood strike, blood strike, obliterate. This made me do like 600-700 dps as 60 or something in lolgear. |

I've been spamming my keys and I have Rune Strike macro'd in to my other strikes to use whenever it's up, but I'm usually able to get a death coil off as the Rune Strike swings. Makes for a nice finisher. 71 Death Knight, 4k Rune Strike crits (INSANE!) and a 2k coil. But that's with full self-buffs |

(offtopic) does anyone have any good macros to use with a DK?
The ones i make all have a GCD and cancel out. |

#showtooltip Blood Strike()
/cast Blood Strike()
/cast Rune Strike()
Made same ones for Death Strike and Scourge Strike, because Rune Strike doesnt share the GCD with them, so it'll just activate it for my next swing once it can, and I can keep spamming my other strikes.
I'm sure there could be a lot more sophisticated macros made, waiting for someone macro savvy to make one like the druid's powershifting macro that will use Unholy Blight every time I have 60 runic power available.
