I figured this out myself, but I'm sure it must have been here before. Tried a few searches, couldn't find it though. So here it is. EDIT: Must be in any CoT instance that turns you into a human. (Old Hillsbrad, CoS, etc)
Step 1: Drink a Noggenfogger so you become a Skeleton.
Step 2: Change into a form.
Not sure if it works with other things instead of Noggenfogger, perhaps someone can see. Works with all forms, including Travel Form. Fast running with that + pack looks weird :P

You have the human illusion buff from old durnhold...
Ya, just edited. Forgot to mention the fact I was in there.
But normally, without noggen, you switch to form, you turn into the bear, or cat or whatever. If you are a skeleton before hand, it glitches and you become a human (With your bear/cat bar and abilities etc).
I thought they fixed this? One of the things that disappoints me the most about going to Old Hills on my druid is the fact that I can't enjoy the human illusion like everyone else.

Do you have to drink a Nogg before every shift?
Yes, you must visually be a skeleton before shifting into a form.
Nice to know it still works on 3.0
But I've posted a thread a while ago in 2.4.2 (Thread: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
I'm not going to shout "repost" but a search for something familiar would be nice the next time

Eternity
I did search, I took the time to do about 10 different searches. Eventually the "cooldown" on searching annoyed me, but I thought I'd tried enough searches anyway :P
Probably because the title of your topic was nothing like what I was searching :P
