Sup ladies,
There are many people that know about Cheat Engine.
But, very few know a technique on how to make upwards to 1000g or more in just a few hours using it. (And depending on how lucky you are w/ getting blues)
I'm talking about exploiting chests in instances. (Also good for herbing and mining) ANY chest in ANY instance. A prep build rogue is best for this. Hunters can also take advantage of this w/ feign death.
As for any other class that wants a free 5g, a green or two and/or a high percentage for a low lvl 60 blue....

Enable wall climb and zone into HFC Ramparts
--- Set speed value to 9 or so (Higher if you are only lvl 60 with low HP b/c you will take a few hits).
--- Run straight back towards the chest aggroing mobs. It is also best to aggro the patrol. Run back from the direction you came down the wall and stand at the entrance.
--- Set your speed back to normal and wait about 20 secs (or longer if desired) Good time to make bandages ;P
--- Zone out
--- Re-enter (all mobs aggroed are running back to their place, but aren't actually at the chest)
--- Repeat the first two steps. (Don't aggro anything) If there are mobs at the chest then you prob weren't quick enough. Aggro them again and wait longer at the entrance. You may wait until you see them come around the corner and start down the bridge before you zone and re-zone if you wish.
--- Reset instance, do it again. (This is awesome for dual box grinding)

We'll use Colilfang Resevoir as an example, but this is the same principle with any instance.
Each instance has 1 or 2 chests. Most have 2. Spawn points aren't random, so once you memorize where they are the easier this gets.
Also be sure your lockpicking is maxed out. Some chest will be locked.
--- Zone into CFR. Speed hack stealth to the chest. Unstealth and aggro all of the mobs that would aggro you while opening it, including any nearby patrol.
--- Run to a safe place (You can run down the channel depending what chest you open) that also allows you to run back to the chest a different way without running over all of the mobs you just aggroed. (Or vanish once the mobs reach you if you are skilled enough to run back to the chest and open it before the mobs reset. This will get easier once you memorize the map layout.)
--- Vanish once you reach the chest. Shift+right click the chest. Auto loot is faster, and you won't have to worry about getting mobbed if you're cutting it close.
--- Find the other chest and repeat.

You can also speed hack past sentrys in Karazhan and vanish or wall reset once you're past them all to get to the chest event from a fresh instance. Any class can do the chest event if they know the map layout and how/where to wall reset (Standing somewhere where mobs can't touch you, forcing them to reset)
Enjoy your two epics per week and 5-6ish gold and greens to sell for 2g-10g a piece or disenchant for mats and a chance for a nice 70 blue per chest.

Wait, do you NEED speed hack to do the rogue one? I really don't get what you were saying. You run, vanish, speed hack back? I do the ramparts one all the time :P But i'm interested in learning this...
Yes, you will need speed to run to a safe spot to lure the mobs away from the chest and to give you enough time to open it without them resetting on you.

won't you be in combat? you can't open chests while in combat.
I encountered a couple farmers using this technique in Winterspring to exploit the chests from the furbolg camp just east of Everlook. I was there grinding furbolg rep and all of a sudden I'd see huge chains of monsters running around after a level 1 speedhacking across the map. Then they'd reset and some would aggro on me . It was getting very annoying since I couldn't loot the chests as I was grinding. Sometimes there would be two of them there (although I'm pretty sure it was the same guy running both accounts). I don't understand how Blizzard is not able to detect speed hacks on the server side and issue bans. Speedhacking seems extremely risky to me. I asked the farmer politely to leave, and after he continued to ninja chests right in front of me, I put up a GM ticket and they were banned the next day. What I'm also wondering is I know both the accounts were trials (as I tried to open a trade). I know you cannot trade/mail/AH items on trial accounts, but clearly there must be some exploit to transfer goods from trial accounts or else you would not see so many exploiters on trials. On another note it's too bad you can't zone into Ramparts as a level 1 =P.
