This post is in light of a discussion involving "instance stacking". Where as he/she said that instances are not a seperate part of the WoW world but in fact stacked far under the actual WoW ground, I.E. (when u jump into the large square hole under SW the right way, u can fall into the mages quarters.) This claim seems to be true.
The other day I was in a fairly large ony raid. And when you die (for those who dont already know) u cannot zone in again untill 1.Ony dies, 2. Your raid group wipes. Upon dying i ressed right at the instance and then immediatly noticed that the rest of the raid group was showing far from the actual instance destination. The raid group was showing to be in Stoneleton Mountains [Forgive the spelling. :P ] Luckily i was making a PvP fraps video of the whole raid. I have actual proof that "instance stacking" is a phenomenon that has not yet been explored to the fullest. I hope that, in this post, others will be encouraged to do some of your own exploring to find where the rest of "Pre-BC" instances are "stacked" Ive entered all other Outland instances and did not get the same result.
I have yet to post the vid yet. if u know how to compress a video and post it on youtube or a similar easy to use video viewing website, pls share how to do so on this thread so i can get the video out to those who are interested.
(this is my first post on teh exploit threads, and didnt see much more about this subject, so please do not flame my pitiful attempt at wowing Mmowned.com [Which btw, ROX ALL OTHER SITES, bar none]
Thx all, Stryngz

Thanks for that. stonetalon seems to be a basis of unusual activity. like if you die some palces in STM your ezz at westfall or duskwood. ALso, another tihng i found: if omeone stands by the flag on top of IF and a party member is in hellfire it shows them as if eprson on IF is in HF on pvp minimap.
BTW i believe you use winzip or WinRaR to compress files.
Cool beans dude! im gonna get to posting the vid by the end of tommorow. And id like to see more on this. Also i was kinda asking if someone knew how to compress videos so its still veiwable with out WinRar or WinZip. But all that aside, Thx!
Sorry but Mages quarters are in the Azeroth instance.
And about the stonetalong thing, it's just a map bug, happend to me.
All isntances are split into diffrent files, that mean you can't accidently get teleported from SW to Karazhan without zoning (inside karazhan)

That is not entirely true. The whole reason it is possible to get into instances unzoned is because they are still there in the world, they just havn't been loaded fully into your client. For example, I can get into ZG without zoning in.

If instances are stacked on top of each other, then if someone used the no-clip hack from Revelation(If its been updated.) then wouldn't that prove this theory correct/incorrect?
You are seriously misinformed... the only reason you see Stonetalon is because your client cannot find where your group mates are(as they are inside an instance on a different map altogether) so it shows them at coordinates X=0 Y=0 Z=0, better known as somewhere under stonetalon mountains.

Actually, that makes no sense because if your client cannot find them, then it doesn't show them on the Azeroth map... right?

This isn't true because back when the retarded boats were running away from under pplz feets (right before captain placeholder in released version, not beta) it said i discovered Dalaran, (I was at Menethil, so not a big deal) I tried go on the other boat, the one thats more south, well, that lead me to discover Desolace for absolutely no reason, and like usual, the boat just went away.

It makes sense if you know how it works. What else would it show you as other than at 0 0 0? That is the default. If it shows you in the middle of orgimmar at the auction house then yeah obviously something out of the ordinary as you say is going on.

Re: WoW instance stacking... [Yet again]
I remember one day, way back when, during prime-time... the instance server for my realm went offline, and everyone doing an instance at the time was dropped through the world. My raid in-particular was doing Onyxia, and low and behold, when we fell through the world and died, we rez'd in Stonetalon. There was about 100 other corpses where we fell and died, it was quite commical. I'll search my old servers forums for the pics that were posted, it was priceless.
this again proves my point... when the game does not know where to place you(like after an instance crash) it puts you to 0.0.0 or a coordinate under stonetalon.
You can compress your video file with a freeware program called VirtualDub. ( [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] )
Simply open Vdub, click FILE>OPEN browse to your video, click COMPRESSION from the top menu and select WINDOWS MEDIA 9 (or DIVX or whatever), followed by FILE>SAVE AS AVI.
And that's it. Good luck.
