Blizzard allows players to enter an instance only a few times a day.

1. Enter any instance as many times as you can. Until it says that you no longer enter any for the rest of the day.
2. Whenever you have this effect on you, walk through the instance swirls, and wait or skillfully lead the opposite factiont to it. Wink
3. Begin ranged or casting DPS. Whenever the enemy tries to attack you (assuming they are melee) they will zone into the instance, leaving you untouched...

You can also do this with raid instances, if you are not in a raid group..my favorite is Kara (front gates)

Actually it's 1 time per hour or something, and up to ~8 times. If you go 8 times, you need to wait 1 hour before the first run will be "deleted", and you can then go 1 more time, then you need to wait for the 2nd run to get "deleted", etc. Was like this when I farmed Maraudon for NR gear at least, was counting.. :P

its 5 times per hour. found that out while using the MC trick in ramparts.

you can also do this at lvl 70 with any instance in Azeroth by setting dungeon level to heroic

Works best with ZF, you have a huge area to play with and walls to break ranged attacks, just get feared in.
