[Exploit] Dustwallow Marsh Fast Grind
I was doing a quest in Dustwallow Marsh today called Corrosion Prevention.
You have to charge some oozes to make them blow up. I noticed that if i attacked the ooze first then used the item to kill it i would still get xp and loot.
It means i could kill the oozes in like 6 seconds, making that a bit faster than usual and i found it to be a useful way to grind plus you have no downtime. Even though i completed the quest i was still able to use the item to kill the oozes.
Been grinding them for some time now and i recommend that if anyone should come by at the appropriate level, take yourself some time to get some fast xp. Besides you get full xp for the kills.

If possible, notice my enrage buff and you'll see how few seconds it took me to kill it. Hope its any help.

I'm pretty sure this only works if you have a RAF friend in range of you.

There are some generators in the area which you have to be close to.. They are almost everywhere so it doesn't really matter.

You only get XP for the damage to the mob you did.

Just because it dies in 6 seconds, doesn't mean you're getting more xp.

I thought the same thing a while ago when I did the quest as my Shaman. Then I realized that if I only tagged the mob I was only getting ~20 exp.

Anyways, it'd be 50% useless still because half the time the generators aren't up and the one that is up 100% of the time only has a few mobs around it.

Long story short: Doesn't work, you get hardly any exp.

If you want to get full xp for the mobs then all you need to do is have someone in your group that is just out of range for splitting the xp.
