I was fighting the lieutenant orrin in stormwind when a druid came over and started DPSing in cat form, he used maim and the NPC stayed stun for the whole duration even thoug i was hitting him (Was hitting him for 3000's and even a 4000 shield slam crit) and the incapicitating effect would not break, i told him to do it again and it still didnt break, and he kept doing it and the maim would never break no matter how hard i hit him (I popped shield slam and trinket and crit him for 7k 2 times in a row and it still didnt break) |

So it's like Kidney Shot. |

I remember when Scare Beast was supposed to be instant but it was still 1.5 seconds. |

| May interrupt the effect , infact maim is like fear now, it may stay all the 5 seconds duration or break istantly at first hit |

in combatlog it shows something like "you hit lietenant orrin for 300 (3700 overkill)" and the overkill-value won't brake maim. |

Its nothing like kidney shot, as someone said, its more similar to fear.
But breaks even more frequently.

(Yes, but i guess the overkill is the part that might have been the problem then, he had 1 hp, crit him for 7k, so it only hit him for 1 damage and 6999 is over kill, that is why maim did not break then) | |
