Zone out of ramparts without hearthstone or running back
When you finish the last boss in Ramps if you run back to the room where OMAR is and jump off the bridge on the right side as soon as you enter the room. Your loading screen will come up and you will land around the backside of hellfire citidel (like the path of glory but on the other side where their is no mobs). Saves a hearth
Also helps if you had to hearth out to repair and came back to finish the last guy. Now you dont have to run back!
