It contains an item that transforms you into a cool looking gnome while being in winterspring. So now, thats working as intended, where is the exploit you ask?
The item is only usable one single time and has a duration of 1 hour. I found out, that if you get to this quest, you can always cancel and accept it repeatedly and always get a new Special Kit from Narain, you can do this as often as you want and save the kits in your bank, so you have enough to always be a gnome while being in winterspring.

I know it's not the most useful exploit but i found it quite nice while farming reputation for the frostsaber in winterspring. It's also a new thing, atleast i didn't find a post like this, and new things seem to be a rarity here.

Just no, not worth it the aq questline is pain in the ass anyway and just in winterspring, are there actually anyone else than all those hunter bots???? Also its working as intended.
That's pretty useless, if you could turn into a gnome in say OG or something, it would be fun to stack up some of those quest items, but Winterspring? not really worth it :/.
I can't believe that it is working as intended to be able to stack up Narain's Special Kits by repeatedly accepting this quest.
I suppose part of it, is working as intended, seeing as you've always been able to cancel and accept a quest to get a new quest item, but the fact that you can stack, is probably not intended .
Dont think you can obtain the AQ questline anymore anyway. Did BWL a few weeks ago and brood dropped no head shame I always wanted to do it. would of been easy cuz im alrdy exalted with AQ40 rep

You have to have the quest in your quest log. I just did it last week and watched 5 more do it this week.
It still works, but this isn't an exploit. The NPC offers you the option to get another kit without dropping quests or anything else. They're not unique....surprise you can have several!
