edit : DOES NOT WORK IN IRONFORGE - I AM NOT SAYING IT WORKS IN IRONFORGE, READ THE TITLE AND POST ENTIRELY.
With the Old Crafty achievement you need to catch Old Crafty in Orgrimmar, he has a .1% chance to be caught.
Well....
Get the daily fishing quest "Crocolisks in the City"
and head to Orgrimmar, you have a 30% chance to catch Old Crafty along with the 100% chance of getting the quest fish. If you do not get Old Crafty, throw away the quest croc and try again!
If you do this while in a raid, you can still get the achievement and not worry about deleting the croc as you wont catch it. Happy achievementing!

Went to test in IF... and first cast I get a crocolisk, no Ironjaw in a dozen casts so far though |

Unfortunately having this quest does not incease the chance for either faction to catch Old Ironjaw which spawns in Ironforge, Although at the moment you WILL catch the Baby Crocolisk within Ironforge. |
